You’ve got questions,
we’ve got answers

  • A typical class includes a quick warm up with songs and stretching, then your child will rotate around a gymnastics based obstacle course consisting of different equipment: panel mats, bars, beams, vaulting boards, incline mats, and other developmentally appropriate skill builders. Each class balances structure with active play.

  • Classes are 30 minutes long and run in 4 week terms. We do take a break for Thanksgiving, Christmas Break, and Spring Break.

  • We bring our students to class in their school clothes. No special clothing is required. Tennis shoes, comfortable shorts or pants and a t-shirt work best. If a female student is wearing a dress that day, we recommend she wear a pair of shorts under the dress.

  • We work with students ages 2 to 6 years old. At selected schools, we offer Toddler classes for children 18 months and older.

  • If Flip & Flow has to cancel a class due to mechanical issues or severe weather, we will notify you via email and we will arrange a make-up class with your school. In the rare event where a make-up class cannot be scheduled with the school, we will issue a credit for the missed class.

    If your child is absent, we do not offer make-up classes, credits, or refunds. Tuition guarantees each child a space in our class and our schedule is based on enrollment, not attendance. If a child will be absent for an extended period of time, please contact Flip & Flow by email and let us know.
